Econphd.net (economics) (number 24 worldwide in 2004 - this study has not been updated since then)
Arizona State University Finance rankings (position 75 worldwide at the last count)

Top 40 and Top 30 of Economists and Departments

Until 2008, CentER calculated the Top 40 of Dutch (business) economists, as well as the Top 10 of Dutch (business) economics departments, based on output in international academic publications. Between 2004-2008 we also calculated a Top 30 of most cited Dutch (business) economists, based on citation output.

CentER has discontinued this exercise as from 2008.
